Best Books for Vegans - Gift Guide of Cooking, Lifestyle and Fitness Books

I will be celebrating my 4th Veganniversary this January! I have enjoyed every single moment of my “new” life! There have been many discoveries and a lot of learning these last 4 years! Below is the list of the books I have read and enjoyed a lot! This is not just a books gift guide of the vegan recipes books available out there. This collection is something that any vegan will be happy to own! It is indeed the Best Books for Vegans Gift Guide!

If you have been following me for a while, you probably know I love learning new things. I love exploring the options and I need to understand why things are the way they are, and what we can change to make them better.

Vegan Lifestyle Books

The 40-Year-Old Vegan – think becoming a vegan is only a “younger generation thing”? This book will prove you wrong! It is an excellent source of information to those who are considering changing their lifestyle or have just become vegans. It has a 52 Weeks to Vegan meal plan to help you make a transition and 75 delicious and easy recipes that anyone can make!

Easy to be Vegan – a great source of information for a new vegan. Aaaand at the moment of writing this post, this book was available for FREE on Kindle. But even if it wasn’t free, it still contains a lot of great advice and information!

Ageless Vegan – I really like the diversity of the recipes and life advice in this book. Even if you are not new to veganism, you will still find tons of new information there!

Vegan Cooking Books

Oh, She Glows – this book comes in no surprise (at least to me), as it was one of the first books and authors I came across when I became a vegan. Angela is up to date one of my favourite authors and bloggers! I think this book is the vegans’ must-have 😉

This Cheese is Nuts – I Love Cheese and I was thrilled to discover this book! The cheese was actually the only product I missed at the beginning of my vegan journey. I am so happy that I can now make my own vegan cheese!

Plant-based Cheesemaking – you must be laughing now but I told you I love cheese 😉 And this is another great source of information and practical advice on vegan cheesemaking.

Do you envision me as Andy from Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers? Cheeeeeeeezzzz…

Lol

Vegan Fitness Books

Vegan Fitness For Mortals –  whether you are a jogger, a swimmer or a gym enthusiast, this book has tons of useful tips and information broken down into separate sections depending on each activity. It is not fancy in terms of the design but is based on good research and years of experience.

The No Meat Athlete Cookbook – an awesome collection of plant-based recipes. Starting from the breakfast meals and through the day – all planned around your workout! Are you on a soy-free or an oil-free diet? The authors have your needs taken into account and have those options included as well.

 – if weight loss and healthy living are one of your goals, then this book is for you! Burn fat and build muscle on a plant-based diet and live a much better life!
