1cupcooked chickpeas(you can use canned chickpeas)
.5 - 1cup water used for cooking chickpeastry adding .5 cup first and add more if needed
3tbspextra virgin olive oil
.5tspmix of ground coriander and cumin
salt and pepper to tasteapprox. 1 tsp salt
add red hot pepper if you like spicy
Cook the chickpeas. Toast sesame seeds in a skillet. After they cooled down, blend them in the blender with the olive oil.
Add chickpeas with some water they were cooked in, tahini, salt, pepper, spices mix, lemon juice, and garlic into a food processor. Run it for a couple of minutes until everything is well-blended. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste.
